SHIPPING POLICY

Our goal is to process and dispatch all orders within three working days. Orders are sent via Royal Mail, and usually, it takes 2 to 5 working days to arrive within the UK or up to 7 working days globally.

Custom projects and pre-orders will require additional production time.

Products eligible for express delivery have that option added to the shipping information.

 

We are doing our best to ensure that our shipping estimates are met, but occasionally delivery times can be affected by factors beyond our control and, therefore, can not be guaranteed.

If you wish to send an item directly to somebody else, please make sure to replace your shipping address with the recipient's, and we will do the rest.

​Currently, we can only accept orders from Mainland UK and Europe.

International Shipping

If required, customs taxes and charges will be applied to the purchase by the local customs office or courier company on the arrival of the product to your country. These additional charges will be your liability.
